I’m a licensed therapist blending traditional talk therapy with the power of neurofeedback to support both your emotional and nervous system health. My approach is person-centered, warm, and practical. I also integrate tools from CBT, mindfulness, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, depending on what you need. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build a path forward—grounded in curiosity, compassion, and strategies that work in real life.
