Welcome

If you’re here, something in your life may feel heavy, stuck, or confusing right now. You might be feeling anxious, discouraged, disconnected in relationships, or unsure how to move forward. You don’t have to sort it out alone.

I provide therapy for adults who want a space to slow down, feel understood, and make meaningful change — at a pace that feels right for them.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded. No therapy voice. No pressure. Just real conversation and thoughtful work that helps.

Who I Work With

I work with individual adults from all backgrounds and identities. Many of the people I see are dealing with:

  • Ongoing anxiety or overthinking
  • Depression, low motivation, or emotional numbness
  • Relationship stress or recurring relationship patterns
  • Attachment wounds and trust struggles
  • Breakups, conflict, or communication difficulties
  • Feeling stuck in the same emotional cycles
  • The lasting effects of difficult or painful experiences
  • Life transitions that feel overwhelming

You don’t need to have the “right words” or a perfect explanation for what’s wrong. If something doesn’t feel okay inside or in your relationships, that’s enough reason to reach out.

All parts of you are welcome here.

How I Help

My work is grounded in attachment-focused, emotion-centered therapy. That means we pay attention to your emotional world and relationship patterns — because lasting change happens when we understand why reactions happen, not just how to manage them.

Our work together may include:

  • Understanding your emotional patterns and triggers
  • Making sense of relationship dynamics
  • Strengthening your ability to express needs and feelings
  • Processing painful experiences safely and at your pace
  • Building more secure, connected ways of relating
  • Reducing anxiety and emotional overwhelm
  • Increasing self-compassion and clarity

I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy and EMDR, both of which help people process emotional experiences deeply and effectively. Sessions are collaborative and respectful — we decide together what feels most helpful.

My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I won’t analyze you from a distance — I work with you, person to person.

What Sessions Feel Like

Clients often tell me they feel:

  • Heard and understood
  • Less alone with what they’re carrying
  • Clearer about their emotions and reactions
  • More grounded and steady
  • Better able to respond instead of react

You set the pace. We focus on what matters most to you.

Let's Connect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step — especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. Reaching out doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. It means you’re ready for support and change.

If this approach sounds like a good fit, I invite you to schedule an appointment or reach out with questions. I’m happy to help you decide whether working together feels right.

You don’t have to figure this out by yourself anymore.
